Scott and Pamela Artman founded Artman Agency in January of 2017 with a vision to build an insurance agency centered around honesty, service, and truly helping people protect what matters most. Starting literally from the ground up, the Artmans worked tirelessly to establish an agency built on relationships, trust, and personalized customer care.

Originally operating as captive agents, Scott and Pamela quickly realized they were limited in their ability to provide customers with the best coverage options available. Wanting to better serve families, individuals, and businesses, they made the decision to become independent agents — allowing them to offer more flexibility, better choices, and customized solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Today, Artman Agency proudly represents nine different insurance companies and continues to grow by focusing on what matters most: helping both current and future customers make informed decisions and feel confident about their coverage.

In 2020, the agency welcomed Colette Neff to the team. With years of experience and extensive industry knowledge, Colette brought tremendous value and professionalism to the agency and its clients.

Then in 2025, Artman Agency added its fourth agent, Travis Hostetler. Though new to the insurance industry, Travis has quickly become an important part of the team through his strong customer service skills, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for helping people.
